Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Product received is damaged or broken
  • Product received is significantly different from what was described
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Product has a manufacturing defect

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalised orders made to your specifications
  • Items that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@pstprintshop.in with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Attach clear photos of the product and packaging if it is damaged or defective.
  3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions.
  4. Ship the item back to the address provided. Return shipping costs are covered by us for eligible returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Razorpay refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at support@pstprintshop.in.
